Darren Hardy was in the military for 15 years before being discharged on medical grounds. After being diagnosed with PTSD, Darren has turned to ultra endurance challenges as therapy. In 2020, he took on the 10-10-10 challenge - 10 Ironman, 10 days, 10 locations to raise money for the charity Help for Heroes. Darren talks about mindset, perseverance and why he now embraces failure.
