David McNamee: Freedom

After 7 weeks of lockdown, British professional triathlete David McNamee can barely contain his excitement this week as Coronavirus restrictions are lifted in Spain, which means he can train outside for the first time in nearly 50 days.

The 2x Ironman World Championships podium finisher describes the first moment when he could finally run outside and reflects on the past two months, revealing what he has learned about himself as an athlete and as a person. You'll also hear about the incredible work he and his girlfriend have done making a distributing homemade hundreds of face masks and an update on their home brewing project.
